Following your application for admission into the University, Masinde Muliro University of
Science and Technology (MMUST) is pleased to offer you a place in the SCHOOL OF
EDUCATION (SEDU), for the programme leading to a BACHELOR OF EDUCATION

(SCIENCE) which commences on Thursday, 25th August, 2022.

Kindly note that MANDATORY online registration and reporting ends on 12thAugust 2022
Download the following documents from admission.mmust.ac.ke
1.Documents
(a)Student Handbook
(b)Admission Form
(c)Fee Structure
(d)Student Helb Flair
Fill out admission forms(b) and submit to the Dean of your School on reporting.
Use the student HELB flair for HELB loan Information
Keep the student handbook for your reference.
2. Fees Payment
Use the downloaded Fees structure for your School, to pay your fees into the accounts provided.
Fees should be paid into any of the following accounts:

No student shall be registered in the University without paying fees.Kindly keep the payment
slip safely to be presented to the admission desk when reporting.
3. Portal Activation,Accomodation Booking and Profile Update
I. Portal Activation
Activate your portal by clicking on the Email access, Portal Activation and Room Booking link in
the admission.mmust.ac.ke
II. Accomodation Booking
Use the student portal to book a room online by clicking on Online Hostel Room Booking. The

online booking of hostels shall commence on Friday 22nd July, 2022 at 8.00am to 12th August,
2022 at 4.00pm and shall be on ‘first come first served’ basis. After successfully booking your
room online, kindly pay the requisite accommodation fees as in (2) above. The pay in slip should
be presented to the admission desk when reporting.
III. Updating Personal Details
Use the student portal profile menu to update personal details
4. Completing Registration Process
To complete your online registration process, kindly proceed to the link
application.mmust.ac.ke to create your account and follow the instructions given. You will need
scanned copies of the following:
(i) Original KCSE Results Slip or Certificate.
(ii) Original National ID (Or Birth certificate).
(iii) Original passport and student’s passport for non-Kenyans only.
(iv) Passport size colour photograph.
Kindly upload certified copies of the above documents
You will be required to bring certified copies of the uploaded documents for verification in your
school on reporting.
5.Campus/School Transfers
Inter-Intra Campus/School transfers will be allowed within the first one week in programmes
where there is capacity.
