Logs in IQAN MDL

– Additional equipment needed:

SD memory card (to be placed in intended slot in the back of the MDL)

Logs are started automatically as soon as the memory card is inserted in machines
that are produced after 2007-08-01.
Machines that are produced before 2007-08-01 must have there software updated to
make the log function to start.
The viewing of the Logs must be “unlocked” with an access code, so no unauthorized
can see or erase the logs!

These items will be logged:

1. All system faults in the MDL

2. All fault codes in the gearbox (numeral)

3. Engine alarms like: low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, high oil temperature,
low +5V ref. voltage

4. All weights, if the weight function is activated. (Only Reach Stacker)

5. System voltage if lower then 24 V

6. Reset of the service hours/container counter

7. Whenever machine is started

NOTE!
If the memory card should get full, it is necessary to empty it with help of IQANrun or
move over the SD card to PC for empty it.
In IQANrun is it possible to empty each folder 1 by 1 or every folder at one time only.
It’s also possible with a PC but it is more complicated, because you can not overview
the files.
