Role and Responsibilities
Provide maintenance of the existing IT system environment by analyzing requirements, trouble shooting,
installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal business applications.

You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s facilities, and related
equipment. Tasks include end user support, ERP support, license tracking, and performing PC and Web
maintenance, upgrades and configurations. Also you will be responsible for :
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first - in first - out based on priority
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
- Document internal procedures, and conduct trainings for new applications implemented.
- Assist with on boarding of new users.
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional
specialized equipment including a required application for company’s business use.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as require
- Act as Support I/Tier I and has access to confidential information, it is important to fill out the non-
disclosure confidentiality agreement in terms of client and company records.
- Maintains log of all worked performed and processed, and turned in to Department Manager by the end
of the day.
- On-Call to any technical support required by the end users, and attend all their queries either by phone or
site visit.
- Other task related to IT environment assigned by IT Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirement's
- Bachelor of Computer Science.
- Experience in Computer Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience as IT Manager for more than 2 years.
- Well versed in IT related matters such as:
- Ability to handle servers and backup.
- Ability to communicate in IT technical terms.
- Ability to address daily IT technical support issues.
- Ability to deal with databases (e.g. Access or Oracle).
- Having exposer to ERP implementation is a plus.
- Very good command of English.
- Accounting background with adequate knowledge of the account basic principle and terminologies.
- Masters excel and access applications.
- Hardworking, trustworthy and ambitious.
