Change of Founder Notice - Quinn Villahermosa
Dear Quinn,
We hope that you’re enjoying your employee experience as part of the Outsourced Doers family, and we
thank you for your efforts!
We wish to provide you with an update relating to your current founder. Please be advised that, from
November 26 2023, you will no longer be matched to your current founder, Cyndi Pedwell. Founders
may end their arrangement with Outsourced Doers for a number of different reasons or requests for a
rematch, and this happens from time to time.
As a result of this change, to ensure a smooth transition between this founder and your next, once you
finish up with your current Founder and have been placed in the Unmatched Group, we shall be
requiring all unmatched Doers to undergo assessments focused on their skills and work
behavior/professionalism known as the Retraining Program.
The Retraining Program will be for a duration of 30 Days. This Retraining Program is a great opportunity
to refresh your skills and has been designed to ensure you are ready for your next Founder. To ensure
we maintain a high standard of service to our Founders, it is important that you participate and take the
Retraining Program seriously. We expect you to use this opportunity to learn and grow as a Doer.
Under the Retraining Program, you will undergo a Skills Assessment and you are required to pass each
individual assessment. The results will determine your readiness to be re-matched or the possibility of
administrative penalties, which may include termination of your employment, under the Labor Code of
the Philippines and our Disciplinary Chart (see Annex 1 for your reference). As you will be enrolled into
our market-leading training program, you will receive all of the support and assistance from our training
team to help maximize your chances of completing and passing all of your assessments. We strongly
encourage you to use this opportunity to gain new skills and ask questions so that you can provide an
exceptional experience to your next Founder.

In addition to this, we wish to remind you of the requirements of the Outsourced Doers leave policy.
All pending and approved Vacation Leaves will be canceled if they fall between the start of your
retraining and the first 60 days of production with your new Founder. Training is an important part
of preparing you for your new Founder and cannot be disrupted. In addition, the first 60 days of
If you have an extenuating circumstance, you may resubmit your Vacation Leave requests (with
supporting documents) to the Allocation Team via the Leave Request Form - Training and First 60
days with Founder for approval. Leave requests will only be reviewed under exceptional
circumstances. You will also need to ensure you adhere to the notice of leave periods set out
below (and in the employee handbook).
If you have been matched with a Founder during this time, you will also be required to submit
your Founder’s approval in writing.
You may also check out other positions on our OD Careers Page at odcareers.ph. There might be other
available roles that are more suitable to your area of expertise and competencies.
Our team is here to support you throughout this process. Your Doer Success Leader and the training
team will be there to support you throughout this period, and in return, your full cooperation is extremely
important and appreciated during this period until we find the most suitable Founder for you.
