RESOLUTION NO. 001 SERIES OF 2024

RESOLUTION for the change of BANK SIGNATURIES OF SINAMAN SLP ASSOCIATION

ACCOUNT, AT LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES DUE TO THE RESULT OF
ELECTION Of NEW SET OF OFFICERS FOR THE SAID ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Department of social Work and Development mandated as to elect a new set of
officers for the reason that the previous officers exceed their term of offices.

WHEREAS, Maam / Mrs. Arlene O. Jatico had already retired from her office as a CWDO, wherein
she is one of a signatures for whatever transaction made by the said Association.

WHEREAS, the SINAMAN 4P’S SLP ASSOCIATION’S ACCOUNTS NEED TO BE UPDATED

as a requirements by the Management of the LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES before any
transaction done by the association.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SLPA’s Manager Mrs. GRACE D. LUMANTAS and duly
seconded by the majority from the body present.

BE RESOLVED, AS IS IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the new signaturies of the SINAMAN SLP
ASSOCIATION ACCOUNT will be,

RESOLVED Further, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the LAND BANK OF THE
PHILLIPINES as one of the requirements.
