QUOTATION FOR SUBDIVISION OF NT. 213096256, KG KITIAU, PENAMPANG

We are pleased to quote herewith the Survey / Professional fees for the following
scope of works :-

1. to prepare Proposed Subdivision Plan for all land owners’ endorsement

2. to submit Proposed Subdivision Plan to Majlis Daerah Penampang for consents
3. to apply for Land Offer from Jab. Tanah & Ukur
4. to apply for Registered Survey Paper ( RSP ) from Jab. Tanah & Ukur
5. to carry out ground survey ( subdivide into 2 lots accordingly )
6. to prepare, print & endorse final subdivision plan
7. to submit final subdivision plan to Jab. Tanah & Ukur for approval

Professional / Survey fee = RM 16,000.00 ( lump sum )

RM 5,000-00 to be paid upon project confirmation for preparation of Proposed

Subdivision Plan for all land owners’ endorsement.

RM 11,000.00 to be paid before ground survey commence and before any

submissions to relevant agencies.

NOTE : Follow up on the issuance of draft titles from Jabatan Tanah Ukur
= RM 5,000-00 per draft title.
