it and understand what you may be going through—the entire company is owned and staffed by formerly incarcerated people. Felon’s
Friend is here to help all of you while you’re incarcerated to make your time inside easier. In recognizing the challenges faced by
those incarcerated, Felon's Friend is committed to offering a curated selection of essential goods and services, aiming to ease the

The Fine Print

All photographs are 4” x 6” and cost $0.70 each. The photo code is listed under each picture—don’t get confused.
We made the thumbnails as large as possible so you can make better decisions on what to order. Shipping is $2.00 for
the first envelope and $1.00 for each additional envelope required by your institution (see section on Photographs in
our current Goods & Services flyer for more details). We offer USPS Certified options for all shipments at $4.40 per
envelope.
If you do not certify or insure your order, we will not replace lost, damaged, denied, unwanted or stolen items you
order from us. We know some mailrooms aren’t the best, so protect yourself and get insurance for your orders.
For a list of catalogs, please send us a SASE. We will send you a catalog listing of the photo catalogs and erotic stories
we have available, along with other services that we have (or will have) available to incarcerated persons. As always,
your suggestions are always welcome.
Please DO NOT send your SASE with a mailing label. Your mailroom will reject them. It will either get thrown away
by the BOP or returned to our office. Either way, you will not get it.
You may duplicate the order page as needed or write your order NEATLY on plain paper. Make sure you include your
full committed name, BOP/DOC number and the mailing address of the institution you are at. If we can’t read it, we
can’t send it.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR REJECTED PHOTOGRAPHS. You know what is allowed in your institution.
Don’t order anything that you know won’t get in. Upon receipt of the rejection FROM THE BOP/DOC, we credit
your account for a future order (the future order MUST be for additional photos, not just the replacements). If a
particular photograph was previously rejected by your institution, we will substitute it automatically.
We place your order the day after (sometimes the same day) we receive it. It takes us between 3-7 days to receive the
photographs from our processor and once we get it, it goes to you the next day. If you have not received your order
within three weeks of your order, please check with your mailroom first to make sure it was not “denied” or
“misplaced”. Also, make sure you send it with the proper payment (this happens sometimes). We are in the business of
selling to inmates and want you to remain a good customer with us for the long haul.
We accept institutional checks (BP-199s), money orders, PayPal, CashApp ($FelonsFriend) and NEW flat books or
NEW strips of at least ten (10) Forever postage stamps. Our website for payment is https://www.felonsfriend.com.
Checks and money orders must be made out to Felon’s Friend, LLC.
We have things set up a certain way for a reason. Please don’t complicate them.
We hope this helps answer some of the main questions that you may have without being too rude. If you are offended

Each erotic story is printed on 8 ½ x 11 paper, booklet style (no bindings or staples). Booklets are mailed unfolded in a 9
x 12 white envelope. If a story has been previously rejected, we will place your payment on account and notify you
immediately for you to choose a different title.
Looking for something in a story? We have access to tens of thousands of erotic stories from the Internet. Send your
request and we’ll find what you are looking for. All stories cost $1.00 plus $.10 per reading page (5-½” x 8-½”). Stories
are printed in booklet format on 8-½” x 11” paper, using 11-point Times New Roman font. If you require large print, let
us know. We don’t fold or staple booklet pages together unless you specifically request us to do so.
If you would like a story customized to a particular name, it costs $2.00 per name replacement prior to printing.

Mailing Stuff to You
If you require us to break your order up into multiple mailings, please add $1.00 for each additional #10 envelope and
$2.50 for each additional larger 9” x 12” envelope that you are requesting (photographs have special rules/pricing, please
see that section for specific details).
A word about the postal services and your mail room: To ensure that your order gets to you, use certified mailing ($4.40
per envelope). With that we can track down and prove that your order was delivered to institutional officials. We also
offer USPS Priority Mail ($10.00 per envelope), which adds $100.00 insurance to your order. With Ground Advantage, if
your mail room accepts your order but does not deliver it, we can make a claim to the Postal Inspector for replacement of
your order and let the postal inspector question your mail room staff about their handling of inmate mail. Without this
insurance, we will not replace your order if lost or undelivered to you.

CashApp & PayPal

It’s important that you make sure whoever is sending funds for your account includes either your committed name or
BOP/DOC number. If we receive payment without any identifying information, we will hold it for 90 days and then
refund it back to whomever sent it (if possible), less ten percent ($10.00 minimum) if it is not claimed by anyone. If you
believe you have received funds but have not received a receipt from us, tell us who sent the money (their account name)
and how much it was for. If the information matches what we have in our unclaimed file, we’ll credit your account
accordingly.

If there is anything we can offer that you do not see here on this flyer—ask! We are in the business of helping those who
are incarcerated.
