This DEED of ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed, and entered into by:

NARCISO MARITES GUILLERMO/ ASUNCION MARLYN GUILLERMO, residence of Brgy,

Mababanaba San Jose Tarlac and CORNELIO SERNA GUILLERMO, residence of Lower Parca Camaya
Mariveles Bataan, Siblings of Late VERGILIO LIBED GUILLERMO both legal age/s, Filipino/s citizen, and
a resident of . BRGY. MABABANABA SAN JOSE TARLAC hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

KRIS R. JORGE of legal age, single/married/widow, Filipino Citizen, and a resident at BRGY.
AGLIPAY SAN JOSE TARLAC, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, The SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land which is particularly described
as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.354625
‘’ A parcel of land (Lot No. 41, Psd-03-017168(LOT) with the total land area of 3,413 square
meters more or less located at Brgy, Mababanaba San Jose Tarlac.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy the SELLER has agreed to sell the above-mentioned
property for the amount of Five hundred Eleven thousand Nine hundred fifty Pesos.
(Php.511,950.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Eleven thousand Nine
hundred fifty Pesos. (Php 511,950.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, the
SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his

meters portion of the above-mentioned parcel of land free from all liens and encumbrances of
whatever nature including real estate as of the date of this sale.
