The Customer has entered into an agreement with the Bank under which the Customer may use the relevant
E-Channel as set out in the Accounts and Services Schedule from time to time to access, view and transact on
certain bank accounts. We have appointed the Customer as our agent to access our accounts defined in the
Customer Associate Accounts and Services Schedule or such other accounts as may be notified to you by the
Customer or Customer Associate from time to time (the Accounts) in accordance with this Customer Associate
Letter of Authority.

Amendment to HSBCnet Agreement
This Amendment is made on: between:
Saudi Awwal Bank (“hereinafter referred to as “Bank”) and
Company Name
(“hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
Preamble:
Terms used in this “amendment” shall have the same meaning as in the “HSBCnet Agreement” (the Agreement) unless
otherwise defined.
This amendment shall be considered as an integral part of the “HSBCnet Agreement” agreed between the Customer
and the Bank. The following amendments have been agreed between the Bank and the Customer.
To add the following clauses to the Agreement to read as:
Clause: 2.4 You shall designate an Official in the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Designated Official”) to
interact with the Bank in connection with opening of staff accounts, documentation and related issues. The
“Designated Official” will verify and stamp all Account Opening Documentation after the details in the documentation
have been completed and signed by the respective staff of the Company. The Designated Official will also coordinate
with the Bank to arrange for account opening interview and verification of residence permit (Iqama)/national ID (Betaqa)
of each staff opening an account with the Bank.
Clause: 2.5 This document contains (10) pages and by executing this document and by signing on the last page I/we
irrevocably and unconditionally irrevocably and unconditionally waive the requirement to place my/our initial on every
page of this document.
Clause : 3.9 Although the Bank will put in best efforts in the execution of your payment instructions, in the event where
the payments are made through an intermediary bank, for any delays or failures incurred beyond our means, we will not
be held responsible for the consequences.
Clause 3.10 You are responsible to ensure that all your instructions reach the bank within the published cut-off time for
us to act on them. In the event of instructions received beyond cut-off and have past value date, Bank reserves the right
to reject them.
Clause 3.11 THE BANK is authorized to accept, act and rely upon, and treat as valid and accurate:
(a) all demands and instructions given or purporting to be given by the Customer to the Bank (an Instruction);
(b) any claims; and
(c) any documents provided to the Bank,
including, in each case, those made or given by way of or through a platform, email, facsimile, telecopier, telex, cable,
telephone or such other electronic means (in each case, an Electronic Means) and is under no obligation to enquire as
to the authorization or validity of any such Instruction, claim or document.
Clause 3.12 The Customer acknowledges and accepts the risk that communications, Instructions, claims and
documents sent to or from the Bank by Electronic Means may be intercepted, monitored, amended, corrupted, contain
viruses or be otherwise interfered with by third parties and acknowledges and agrees that the Bank is not responsible
or liable to the Customer or any third party for, and the Customer waives any and all claims in respect of, any losses
arising from the same.

.‫اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤـــﺎت اﻟﻤﺴـــﺘﻠﻤﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ وﻗﺖ اﻟﺘﻮﻗﻒ وﺗﺤﺘﻮي ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﺳـــﺎﺑﻖ ﻓﺈن اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ ﻳﺤﺘﻔﻆ ﺑﺤﻖ رﻓﻀﻬﺎ‬
:‫ ﻳﻔـــﻮض اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻘﺒﻮل ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ واﻟﺘﺼﺮف ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺒﻪ واﻹﺳـــﺘﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺈﻋﺘﺒﺎره ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺎ وﺳـــﺎري اﻟﻤﻔﻌﻮل‬11.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬

‫ واﻟﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت واﻟﻤﺴـــﺘﻨﺪات اﻟﻤﺮﺳـــﻠﺔ إﻟﻰ أو ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ‬،‫ واﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت‬،‫ ﻳﻘـــﺮ اﻟﻌﻤﻴـــﻞ وﻳﻘﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻت‬12.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬
ٌ ‫وﺳـــﺎﺋﻞ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴـــﺔ ﻗـــﺪ ﻳﺘﻢ اﻋﺘﺮاﺿﻬﺎ أو‬
‫ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺘﻬﺎ أو ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻠﻬﺎ أو إﺗﻼﻓﻬﺎ أو اﺣﺘﻮاﺋﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﻴﺮوﺳـــﺎت أو ﻗﺪ ﻳﺘـــﻢ اﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ أي ﻃﺮف‬
‫ وﻳﺘﻨﺎزل اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻋﻦ أي‬،‫ﺛﺎﻟـــﺚ وﻳﻘـــﺮ وﻳﻮاﻓـــﻖ ﻋﻠـــﻰ أن اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻟﻦ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ أي ﻣﺴـــﺆوﻟﻴﺔ أو اﻟﺘﺰام ﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو أي ﻃﺮف ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﺗﻨﺠﻢ ﻋـــﻦ ذﻟﻚ‬
.‫وﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺄي ﺧﺴـــﺎﺋﺮ ﻧﺎﺷـــﺌﺔ ﻋﻦ ذﻟﻚ‬
‫ ﻳﺮﺟﻰ ﺗﺠﺎوز أي ﻗﺴﻢ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺪم‬:‫ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ‬
Amendment to HSBCnet Agreement
Clause 3.13 If the Customer gives an Instruction, makes a claim or provides a document by Electronic Means, or
instructs the Bank to permit a beneficiary or any other person to do the same, the Customer shall on demand indemnify,
and hold the Bank harmless from and against, any and all losses that the Bank may incur (including in respect of any
payment made where the relevant instruction or claim was unauthorized).
Clause 3.14 Where the Customer has made an application for any trade service to be provided for the benefit of the
Customer Associate, the Customer agrees for itself (and will procure the concurrent written agreement of the Customer
Associate) that the Bank has no obligation to obtain instructions from the Customer Associate and the Bank can deal
solely with the Customer on behalf of the affiliate/associate.
Clause 3.15 The Bank has no obligation to:
(a) verify the identity or authority of any person giving an Instruction, making a Claim or providing a Document by
Electronic Means;
(b) verify the authenticity of any signature(s) (whether electronic or otherwise) on any Instruction given, claim made
or document provided by Electronic Means; or
(c) seek the Customer's prior approval before acting on any Instruction given, Claim made or Document provided by
Electronic Means,
however the Bank may, in its absolute discretion, take steps to ascertain the validity, authenticity and origin of any
instruction, claim or document (including requiring telephone verification of any Instructions) and take any steps that
may be mandated by an external provider and may, where it is unable to ascertain the validity, authority or origin of any
instruction, claim or document, delay or refuse to act upon any instruction, claim or document or suspend or terminate
any trade service at any time.
Clause 3.16 Platforms
3.16.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) The Bank may rely on external providers to provide Platforms so that the Bank can perform its obligations under
these terms (or any other applicable terms and conditions) and provide trade services;
(b) The Bank's obligations under these terms and any trade service shall be subject to the Bank's rights under the
external terms and conditions and the availability of any platform provided by such external providers;
(c) The Bank has no obligation to inform the Customer of, or provide the Customer with, any external terms and
conditions;
(d) The Bank has no control over the electronic processes used by a platform provided by an external provider to
process, handle and/or send data or messages;‫؛‬
(e) it shall inform the Bank of all external terms and conditions applicable to or any charges imposed by any platform
which it uses (or intends to use) in respect of any trade service and shall promptly notify the Bank of any changes;
and
(f) it shall promptly provide all information concerning any platform used by the Customer that the Bank may
reasonably request.
3.16.2 The Bank assumes no liability or responsibility to the Customer or to any third party for any loss or damage
that is suffered or incurred as a result of:
(a) the unavailability of any platform to the Customer, the Bank or any other person for any reason whatsoever; or
(b) The Customer's use of or connection with any platform, any external provider or the services provided by The
Bank or any external provider to the Customer involving any platform

‫ﻓﻮض اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﺴـــﻤﺎح ﻟﻤﺴـــﺘﻔﻴﺪ أو أي‬
ّ ‫ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪا ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ وﺳـــﻴﻠﺔ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ أو‬
ً ‫ إذا أﺻـــﺪر اﻟﻌﻤﻴـــﻞ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤـــﺎت أو ﻗﺪم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ أو‬13.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬
‫ﺷـــﺨﺺ أﺧﺮﻟﻠﻘﻴﺎم ﺑﻨﻔﺲ ﻫﺬه اﻻﺟﺮاءات ﻓﻴﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺗﻌﻮﻳﺾ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ وﺣﻤﺎﻳﺘﻪ ﻣﻦ أﻳﺔ ﺧﺴـــﺎﺋﺮ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺘﻜﺒﺪﻫﺎ )ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ‬
.(‫ذﻟـــﻚ ﺗﻠـــﻚ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺄي ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺎت ﺗﻤﺖ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤـــﺎت أو ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻔﻮﺿﺔ‬
‫ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻳﻮاﻓﻖ ﻋﻦ ﻧﻔﺴـــﻪ‬،‫ إذا ﺗﻘـــﺪم اﻟﻌﻤﻴـــﻞ ﺑﻄﻠـــﺐ ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ أي ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﺗﺠﺎرﻳﺔ ﺗﻘﺪم ﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﺷـــﺮﻛﺔ ﻣﻨﺘﺴـــﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬14.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬

‫ﻣﻠﺰﻣﺎ ﺑﺘﻠﻘﻲ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸـــﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﻤﻨﺘﺴـــﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬ ‫)وﻳﻘﻮم ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﺨﻄﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸـــﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺘﺴـــﺒﺔ( ﺑﺄن اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻟﻴﺲ‬
.‫ اﻟﻤﻨﺘﺴـــﺒﺔ‬/‫وأن اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ أن ﻳﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻧﻴﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺸـــﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ‬
:‫ ﻻ ﻳﻠﺘﺰم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‬15.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬
‫اﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﻫﻮﻳﺔ أو ﺻﻼﺣﻴﺎت أي ﺷـــﺨﺺ ﻳﺼﺪر ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت أو ﻳﻘﺪم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ أو ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ وﺳـــﺎﺋﻞ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ ؛‬ (‫)أ‬
‫)ب( اﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺤﺔ أي ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ )ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻌﺎت( )ﺳـــﻮاء ﻛﺎﻧﺖ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ أو ﻏﻴﺮ ذﻟﻚ( ﻋﻠﻰ أي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت ﺻﺎدرة أو ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ أو ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪ ﻣﻘﺪم ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﻃﺮﻳﻖ وﺳـــﺎﺋﻞ إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ ؛ أو‬
‫)ج( اﻟﺤﺼـــﻮل ﻋﻠـــﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘـــﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﺴـــﺒﻘﺔ ﻗﺒـــﻞ اﻟﺘﺼﺮف ﺑﻨﺎءا ﻋﻠﻰ أي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺔ أو ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ أو ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪ ﻣﻘﺪم ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ وﺳـــﺎﺋﻞ‬
.‫إﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ‬
‫إﻻ أن اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ وﺑﺤﺴـــﺐ ﺗﻘﺪﻳـــﺮه اﻟﻤﻄﻠـــﻖ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺘﺨﺬ ﺧﻄـــﻮات ﻟﻠﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺤﺔ وﻣﺼﺪاﻗﻴـــﺔ وﻣﺼﺪر أي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت أو ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت أو ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪات )ﺑﻤﺎ‬
‫ﻓـــﻲ ذﻟـــﻚ ﻃﻠـــﺐ ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ أي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳـــﻖ اﻟﻬﺎﺗﻒ( واﺗﺨﺎذ أي ﺧﻄﻮات ﻗﺪ ﺗﻜﻮن ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﺰود ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺧﺎرﺟﻲ وﻗﺪ ﻳﺤﺪث ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ‬
‫أو ﻳﺘﻢ رﻓﺾ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﺗﻌﺬر إﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺤﺔ اﻟﺘﻔﻮﻳﺾ أو اﻟﺼﻼﺣﻴﺎت أو ﻣﺼﺪر أي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت أو ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ أو ﻣﺴـــﺘﻨﺪ‬
.‫أو إﻳﻘـــﺎف أو إﻧﻬﺎء أي ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺗﺠﺎرﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ أي وﻗﺖ‬
(‫ اﻟﻤﻨﺼﺎت )اﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ‬16.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨﺪ‬
:‫ ﻳﻘـــﺮ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ وﻳﻮاﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﻲ‬1.16.3
‫ﻳﺠـــﻮز ﻟﻠﺒﻨـــﻚ اﻻﻋﺘﻤـــﺎد ﻋﻠـــﻰ ﻣـــﺰودي ﺧﺪﻣـــﺎت ﺧﺎرﺟﻴﻴﻦ ﻟﺘﻮﻓﻴـــﺮ اﻟﻤﻨﺼﺎت )اﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ( ﻛـــﻲ ﻳﺘﻤﻜﻦ اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ ﻣﻦ أداء اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﺎﺗـــﻪ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﻫﺬه‬ (‫)أ‬
.‫اﻟﺸـــﺮوط )أو أي ﺷـــﺮوط وأﺣﻜﺎم أﺧﺮى ﻗﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻄﺒﻴﻖ( وﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﻳﺔ‬
‫)ب( ﺗﺨﻀـــﻊ اﻟﺘﺰاﻣـــﺎت اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﻫﺬه اﻟﺸـــﺮوط وﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ أي ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺗﺠﺎرﻳﺔ ﻟﺤﻘﻮق اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﺷـــﺮوط وأﺣـــﻜﺎم اﻟﺠﻬﺔ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ وﺗﻮﻓﺮ‬
‫أي ﻣﻨﺼﺔ ﻳﻘﺪﻣﻬـــﺎ ﻫﺆﻻء اﻟﻤﺰودﻳﻦ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﻴﻦ ؛‬
‫)ج( ﻟـــﻦ ﻳﻠﺘـــﺰم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺈﺑﻼغ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو ﺗﺰوﻳﺪه ﺑﺄﻳﺔ ﺷـــﺮوط وأﺣﻜﺎم ﺟﻬﺔ ﺧﺎرﺟﻴﺔ‬
‫ أو إرﺳـــﺎل اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت‬/ ‫ﻟﻴﺲ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ ﺳـــﻴﻄﺮة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺎت اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺴـــﺘﺨﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﻣﻨﺼﺔ )أﻧﻈﻤﺔ( ﺗﻮﻓﺮﻫﺎ ﺟﻬﺔ ﺧﺎرﺟﻴﺔ ﻟﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ و‬ (‫)د‬
‫أو اﻟﺮﺳﺎﺋﻞ؛‬
‫ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ إﺑﻼغ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺷـــﺮوط وأﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﺠﻬﺔ اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴﺔ اﻟﺴـــﺎرﻳﺔ أو أي رﺳـــﻮم ﻣﻔﺮوﺿﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ أي ﻣﻨﺼﺔ ﻳﺴـــﺘﺨﺪﻣﻬﺎ )أو ﻳﻨﻮي‬ (‫)ﻫـ‬
‫ وﻋﻠﻴـــﻪ أن ﻳﺒﻠﻎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺄي ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ؛ و‬،‫اﺳـــﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ( ﻓﻴﻤـــﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺄي ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﺗﺠﺎرﻳﺔ‬
.‫ﻳﺠـــﺐ ﻋﻠـــﻰ اﻟﻔـــﻮر ﺗﻘﺪﻳـــﻢ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺄي ﻣﻨﺼﺔ ﻳﺴـــﺘﺨﺪﻣﻬﺎ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ واﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻄﻠﺒﻬـــﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺪود اﻟﻤﻌﻘﻮﻟﺔ‬ (‫)و‬
:‫ﻻ ﻳﺘﺤﻤـــﻞ اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ أي ﻣﺴـــﺆوﻟﻴﺔ أو اﻟﺘﺰام ﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو أي ﻃﺮف ﺛﺎﻟﺚ ﻋﻦ أﻳﺔ ﺧﺴـــﺎﺋﺮ أو أﺿﺮار ﺗﻘـــﻊ أو ﻳﺘﻜﺒﺪﻫﺎ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ‬ 2.16.3
‫ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮاﻓﺮ أي ﻣﻨﺼﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو اﻟﺒﻨﻚ أو أي ﺷـــﺨﺺ آﺧﺮ ﻷي ﺳـــﺒﺐ ﻛﺎن ؛ أو‬ (‫)أ‬
‫اﺳـــﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻌﻤﻴـــﻞ أو إﺗﺼﺎﻟـــﻪ ﺑـــﺄي ﻣﻨﺼﺔ أو ﻣـــﻮرد ﺧﺎرﺟﻲ أو اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻘﺪﻣﻬـــﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ أو أي ﻣﻮرد ﺧﺎرﺟـــﻲ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻴﻞ وﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ أي‬ (‫)ب‬
.‫ﻣﻨﺼﺔ‬
‫ ﻳﺮﺟﻰ ﺗﺠﺎوز أي ﻗﺴﻢ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺪم‬:‫ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ‬

Clause 3.17 The Customer: :‫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬17.3 ‫اﻟﺒﻨـــﺪ‬

(a) shall comply with all security procedures of the Bank and each external provider and any other reasonable
requests the Bank or any external provider may issue to the Customer regarding the security of any platform,
including instructions on steps to remedy any breach of security; and
(b) acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer's responsibility to set up, maintain and regularly review all
security arrangements concerning access to and use of each platform and information stored on the Customer’s
computing and communications systems, and confirms that it has assessed the security arrangements of each
platform and has determined that they are adequate to protect the Customer’s interests;
(c) shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent fraudulent or unauthorised use of or access to each platform;
(d) shall ensure that neither the Customer nor its employees do anything which may result in the security of any
Platform or the systems or security of the Bank being compromised; and
(e) Shall notify the Bank, as soon as reasonably possible upon becoming aware, of any actual or attempted
unauthorised access to any Platform or any unauthorised transaction or attempt to execute an unauthorised
Instruction. This notification must be by telephone but must be followed by written notice within forty-eight hours
of the telephone call.
‫أن ﻳﻠﺘـــﺰم ﺑﺠﻤﻴـــﻊ اﻹﺟـــﺮاءات اﻷﻣﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﻨﻚ وﺑﻜﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺧﺎرﺟﻲ وﺑـــﺄي ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت أﺧﺮى ﻗﺪ ﻳﺼﺪرﻫﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺪود اﻟﻤﻌﻘﻮﻟﺔ‬ (‫)أ‬

‫أن ﻳﻘﺮ وﻳﻮاﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻣﺴـــﺆوﻟﻴﺔ إﻧﺸـــﺎء ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺘﺮﺗﻴﺒﺎت اﻷﻣﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻨﺼﺔ واﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺤﻔﻮﻇﺔ‬ (‫)ب‬
