Purpose
This dress code policy outlines how BYJU’S – Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the
company), expects employees to dress at work. Employees should note that their appearance matters
when representing the company in front of clients, visitors or other parties. An employee’s appearance
can create a positive or negative impression that reflects on the company and culture.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees.

Dress Code and Grooming

• All employees must be clean and well-groomed.

• The company official dress code is Smart Casual. If an employee frequently interacts with clients or
prospects, they should conform to Business Casual or Business dress code (as appropriate).

• All clothes must be work-appropriate. Clothes that are typical in workouts and outdoor activities are not
allowed.

• All clothes must be clean and in good shape. Visible rips, tears or holes are not allowed.

• Employees must avoid clothes with stamps and messages that are offensive or inappropriate.
