1. That the Complainant, Shree Tirupati Auto, is a partnership Firm, engaged in
the business of supply of cars, accessories and auto parts, having its registered office at 16/95, The Mall, Kanpur Nagar - 208001, is filing the present complaint, through its General Manager and power of attorney holder, Shri Santosh Kumar Singh. That the Partner of Shree Tirupati Motors, Shri Manish Gupta, have executed a authorisation letter in favour of Shri Santosh Kumar Singh for filing the present complaint on behalf of the partnership. A copy of the Authorisation Letter is attached herewith as ANNEXURE C-1.
2. That the Accused, Arjun Singh S/o Shri Prem Sagar Bhadauriya, is presently residing at 115/154, Awas Vikas Road, Bramdev Chauraha, Maswanpur, Kanpur.
3. That Accused approached the Complainant, in the month of December 2019,
displaying his interest in purchasing Mahindra Scorpio Car from our showroom. That the Complainant, in good faith, supplied Mahindra Scorpio Car, bearing Engine No. – ETKZG62742 and Chassis No. – MA1NM2ET1K2G78970 to the Accused and accordingly generated an invoice for the purchase of above-
