Subject: Structural Assessment Report - Prestige Monte Carlo Apartments, Yelahanka

I, Ravi Kumar C K, a certified structural engineer, have conducted a thorough assessment of the
modifications carried out in Flat No. 1702, Aramis Block at Prestige Monte Carlo Apartments, Yelahanka,
Bangalore. The alterations included the following:
1. Demolition of Internal Partition Walls: The designated internal partition walls were demolished as per
the architectural plan. Our team ensured that this process did not compromise the structural stability of
the building.
2. Shifting of Door: The relocation of the door was executed meticulously, considering load-bearing
elements and overall structural integrity. The new position enhances functionality without affecting the
main structure.
3. Removal of Kitchen Platform: The removal of the kitchen platform was carried out with care. We
verified that load distribution remained within safe limits and that no adverse impact occurred on the
building’s framework.
4. Closing of Balconies with uPVC Windows: The balconies were enclosed using uPVC windows. This
alteration was carried out while maintaining the Architectural integrity of the building envelope.

Assessment Findings:
a. The main structure remains unaffected by the aforementioned alterations.
b. Load-bearing walls and columns remain intact.
c. Foundation and floor slabs show no signs of distress.
d. Structural safety protocols were followed during the entire process.

Recommendations:
1. Regular inspections should be conducted to monitor the stability of remaining walls and structural
components.
2. Any unforeseen issues should be promptly addressed by consulting a structural engineer.
Conclusion: Based on our assessment, I can confidently state that the main structure of Flat No. 1702, Aramis
Block, Prestige Monte Carlo Apartments, Yelahanka, has not been disturbed or altered due to the specified
