1. BACKGROUND
Maluku province consists of a number of islands (including the island of
Seram) which serve as an area in the eastern part of Indonesia that has a key
role for the study of life in the past.

Seram has an area of 18,625 km2, (±1,862,500, Ha), with a length of 340 km
and a width of 60 km. Its highest point is Mount Binaiya, at 3,019m above sea
level. Seram Island has mountainous nature and tropical forests. The products
produced include cloves, nutmeg, copra, resin, sago, fish, and oil.

There is one national park, namely the Manusela National Park which is
famous for its many endemic animals and plants. Information on the
history of Islam and its spread in the Seram Island region, especially the
southern coastal area, is still minimal. So far, archaeological research,
based on secondary data, has focused its research on areas that are
considered the center of Islamic civilization

2 GOALS (VISION)

1. Special Purpose:

- To become an Agribusiness Company that prioritizes aspects of

partnership based on a clean environment and has high competitiveness
in Indonesia.
- Becoming a Multi-National Company engaged in agribusiness trading,
especially cane sugar, processed beef and fish as well as Biomass Energy
(Waste to Energy)

2. General Objective:
To support the policies of both the Regional Government and the Central
Government in maintaining Forest Preservation and Greening the State of
Indonesia, which is the "Emerald Emerald" by implementing a sugarcane
plantation project that prioritizes Environmental Preservation. Making
Maluku an advanced region in all fields, by developing Maluku's rich and
diverse natural potential with the motto: "Toward The Noble Maluku"
(Towards a Progressive Maluku)

1. Specific Targets:
a. Creating job opportunities for the younger generation in particular to
reduce unemployment and improve people's welfare.
b. Developing the Eastern Indonesia region into a new economic and
business center that is both interesting and challenging at the same time.

2. General Goals:
a. Increasing competitiveness of Production on an ongoing basis with a
system, and work environment that encourages creativity and
innovation to increase productivity and efficiency.
b. Increase profits on an ongoing basis.
c. Implementation of an efficient organization and effective and
integrated management to realize Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
d. Implement and support policies and programs of the Central and
Regional Governments.

1 THEORY BASIS
It takes awareness from the community and support from the government to be
able to implement changes towards modernization and regional development for
the better and modern. At the initial stage, starting from making the concept and
design of regional development with the potential of local content that is available
and has the potential to be developed, then informing and formal approaches
with the government for the issuance of the legality of an area development, so as
not to be constrained by legal problems. If all elements have agreed, then the
process of regional development and preservation of natural and cultural heritage
in a balanced way will be easy and welcomed by the community.

3 CONSIDERATIONS
1. Exploring and Developing Regional Potentials .
The spirit of a comprehensive preservation system as a revitalization effort whose
essence is to revive a place that has potential assets. The breath of life that is realized is

The Maluku Islands are often described in tourism literature as having 999 anyway; 90%
of the area is sea with 77,990 km2 of land, and776,500 km2 of ocean.

Ambon Island, Saparua Island, Aru Islands, Babar Islands, Banda Islands, Buru, Kai Islands,
Kisar, Leti Islands, Seram, Tanimbar Islands, Wetar.

Seram Island is located north of Ambon Island, Maluku Province, Indonesia.

On Seram Island, there are three regencies, namely Central Maluku
Regency with Masohi as the capital and two districts resulting from the
division, namely East Seram Regency with Bula as its capital and West Seram
Regency with Piru as its capital. On this island there are several ports:
Amahai, Masohi, Kairatu, Piru and people's ports such as Tehoru, Bula, Slide,
OH, Kobisadar and Way ley.

tribes such as the Hoaulu Tribe whose village is located in the northern part

Road, which can be functional with some asphalt and some still hardening.
