B&C was founded in the year 1990 with the purpose

of manufacturing and distributing various types of
hydraulic pumps for earth moving equipments.

In the following years, the pump range has been

expanded and currently includes a wide range
of fixed displacement vane pumps and external
gear pumps used in different applications, both
industrial and mobile.

The company exports to over 70 countries and

among their customers are some of the most
Gianni Barbieri prestigious companies operating in many different
President fields.

Despite the massive presence in the market of products of doubtful origin and reliability,
B&C will stick to the same principles as always, believing that quality, marketing ethics
and transparency will always be acknowledged and appreciated by the most demanding
customers.

Company
The management of the B&C group is based at the head office located in Modena.

In particular, here are concentrated the functions of general administration, financial

management, purchasing department, sales department, production planning,
R & D, finished products storage, final packing and shipping.

The direct production is carried out in the associated plants of Florence and
Reggio Emilia.

External gear pumps
The BG Series external gear pumps and motors are available in three different sizes:
10, 20 and 30.
The range includes displacements from 0,95 to 61,4 cm³/rev (from 0.058 to 3.94 in³/
rev), with pressure up to 300 bar (4350 PSI) and maximum speed up to 6000 RPM.
The various frame sizes can be combined with each other to assemble multiple
pumps with either open or separated stages. The large choice of shafts, flanges and
ports, all complying with the international standards (SAE, DIN and EUROPEAN),
makes them easy to use in a wide number of applications.
The simple design of the pumps allows any customization for specific needs.

Fixed displacement vane pumps
The versatility of B&C’s fixed displacement vane pumps enables them to meet the
requirements of the most various applications, both industrial and mobile. They not
only are highly reliable and guarantee volumetric efficiency in any environment, but
are also characterized by a very low noise emission.
The range includes various single pumps with displacement from 3 to 227 cm³/rev
(from 0.20 to 13.86 in³/rev) and double pumps from 20 to 385 cm³/rev (from 1.32 to
23.50 in³/rev), with pressure up to 275 bar (4000 PSI).
The B&C vane pumps are extremely compact and are supplied with numerous types
of mechanical and hydraulic SAE and ISO norms connections. Such characteristics,
together with the possibility of orientating the inlet and outlet ports, make them very
easy to install and guarantees their perfect interchangeability with other similar
pumps.

Quality Quality certification
For several years, B&C has been the fixed displacement vane pump manufacturer
for some of the most important groups in the hydraulic field, such as BOSCH
REXROTH and DUPLOMATIC. In the past, the company also manufactured for the
PARKER HANNIFIN Group.

B&C has been supplying the Bosch Rexroth Group their PVV and
PVQ Series pumps with private label since 1997.

B&C has been supplying Duplomatic their DFP Series pumps

with private label since 1993.
