Subject: Change Request – Construction of 2 x Watch Towers at PS-3 (Shikarpur).

PS-3/WOTS-2 Shikarpur Station area of 72 acres is currently guarded by 5 Watch Towers, which are
deemed insufficient to provide optimum security to the installation. To address this concern, it is
suggested to construct 2 additional Watch Towers. This is in line with the Provincial KPID team of
Sindh's resurvey.

Construction of a guard post to cover the gap between existing guard posts will augment the defense
/ Security of the installation, allowing it to deal with any eventuality. Budget approval of Rs. 2.0
million has been obtained for this purpose.

TRC & HAZOP Committees reviewed the proposal and recommended proposal for approval of
Management.
