Subject: Change Request – Renovation of Office Building at TS-I, Keamari

In pursuit of space optimization and the establishment of contemporary workspaces, renovation work
is planned for the Office Building at TS-1, Keamari. The design is based on the concept of open
space already implemented at the CHQ building, aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity.

TRC & HAZOP Committees reviewed the proposal and recommended proposal for approval of
Management.
