INTEGRATION COST
• Customization, Change & Third-Party Integration, customer will be charged on actual at the rate of INR 10,000.00 per-man day.
• For any Third-party Integration, the customer shall be responsible for ensuring APIs from third party vendor/company to Kenbox.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR
• Free Upgrades for the entire contract period for the modules subscribed.
• Support and Maintenance Provided.
• Free Live Training Session with Train the Trainer Online Program.
• Cloud hosting.
• Account manager Support for the Implementation and otherwise provided remotely.
BASIC TERMS
• Subscription Fee : increase of 15% in subscription fees annually.
• For any Off-line Training request, the customer shall be charged at the rate of Rs 10,000.00 per man day along with
additionally for trainer/executive fee, travelling loading & boarding on actuals.
• If customer requires additional employee subscription, the same can be purchased in multiples of 25’s Pack
PAYMENT TERMS
• Implementation fee & First quarter subscription fee shall be paid along with PO.
• Quarterly Subscription fee shall be paid in advance.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
PURCHASE ORDER AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
• Customer shall release a formal Purchase Order(PO) in the name of ‘Kenbox Technologies Private Limited’ as a token of
acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
• After, receipt of PO, Kenbox shall initiate the process of drafting a Standard Services Agreement that shall include all details
including subscription terms & shall submit to the customer for signing off.
• Customer shall release initial payments along with signed agreement.
• Thereafter, Kenbox shall initiate the process and shall first freeze all requirements in discussion with the authorized
representative of the Customer.
• Implementation shall begin as per plans agreed between both the parties.
• Customer can include more employees after making payment for additional employees as per agreed terms & conditions.
• Kenbox has the right to continuously improve and upgrade its product and customers will automatically be moved to new
update or upgrade version, as & when it is released.
• Customer shall have to pay the subscription fees immediately upon receipt of Invoice. Payments not received beyond 15 days
from due date will be construed as payment delayed. Payment delays or nonpayment of subscription fee in time , Kenbox
shall have all rights to suspend user’s access to system.
• The pricing are given on condition of minimum 300 no of workers.
