Dear Sir,

It is with heavy heart I submit my resignation. The last 50 days at Sagar Ghar Sansar have been
wonderful until today’s conflict between me and Vinod JI (Warehouse). I don’t like the way he interacts,
being a polite person and considering him as senior person I always have been polite, not only with him
but with all the other members of Sagar Ghar Sansar. This conflict is not the first time, I neglected the
first once but it happened again and I cannot tolerate such disrespectful behavior.

Apart from this I consider this may repeat again and again so for my better future I cannot work
with this organization. Well, I am glad that most of the peoples have positive behavior and I supported
them too.

My last day at Sagar Ghar Sansar will be 11 June, 5:00pm.
