1680Q/1930Q Machine installation instructions

Foreword
Dear customers, thank you for purchasing and using our products. Please read this manual carefully before using
the product, it can help you quickly understand and use this product proficiently. This manual can effectively help
you to solve the problems encountered during the installation and use. Please keep it well and place it in an
easy-to-find place for future use.
This printer is a mechatronics device, which has both a fine mechanical structure and a complex electronic circuit
system. There is a precision print head in the mechanism part, which should be slightly moved during the moving
and using process to avoid collision and vibration. Make sure that the work site and the surroundings of the machine
are clean and free of obvious dust to avoid getting dust in the air. Some circuits have important CPU, memory and
other sensitive electronic devices. Be sure to connect the ground wire when starting up to avoid generating static
electricity and causing other faults. This equipment cannot be used in a humid environment.

Chapter 1 Instructions for Use

1.1 Power Safety

A. Power supply: Unidirectional AC 50Hz 110V / 220V AC (± 10%). Maximum machine power: 2200W, printing power: 200W.

B. Type of printing power: 110V or 220V AC power can be selected according to different countries and regions.

C. Connect all equipment to a grounded outlet, and avoid using the outlet in the same circuit as those that frequently

switch between on and off (such as copiers, air conditioning systems).

D. Avoid using sockets controlled by wall switches or automatic timers.

E. Keep your computer system away from potential sources of electromagnetic interference, such as speakers or wireless

phone bases.

F. Do not use a damaged or broken power cord.

G. If using an additional power cord, please note that the total amperage of the equipment plugged in the additional

power cord does not exceed the rated amperage of the power supply: Also, remember that the total amperage of all

equipment plugged into the wall does not exceed the wall outlet Rated amperage.

H. Don't try to repair the digital printer by yourself. If you encounter any problems, please seek the help of digital

printer repair technicians in time.

I. For the safety of people and machines, please be sure to connect the ground wire, please confirm with the installer

for specific requirements.

J. Do not plug and unplug the print cable and power cable while power is on, otherwise the motherboard may be damaged.

1.2 Handling Precautions

A. Always use the power switch to turn off the printer. (That is, the power switch on the right rear of the printer)

Please do not unplug the power plug of the digital printer or other related data cables before the power of the

machine is cut off.

B. Please do not place tools or other items on the printing platform or cover of the machine at will, so as to avoid

unnecessary loss due to improper cleaning before the machine runs.

C. Before moving the printer, please make sure that your printing cart is fixed at the initial position.

D. When drawing pictures, be sure to use a paper jam (anti-warping sheet) to prevent the paper from deviating and

scratching the nozzle.

E. The machine must be guarded when it is working. (There should be a full-time operator).

F. Encoder strips should be inspected frequently to see if they are clean and damaged. If they are dirty, they should

be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

G. The guide rail should be inspected frequently to see if it is clean. It is recommended to use 1-2 months to apply

grease (or parts, etc.) to the guide rail to reduce the friction of the slider.

H. Regularly inspect and clean the maintenance station.

I. Do not leave the print head out of the maintenance station for a long time and be exposed to the air.

J. In the abnormal shutdown state; please do n’t pull the cart manually and quickly.

K. Regular maintenance of the machine to reduce the impact of dust, ink, etc. on the machine

L. Note: The machine must be connected to the ground wire. When the air is dry, the static electricity problem cannot

be ignored. When using some adhesive and lamp media, it is more electrostatically charged (especially when the paper

feed speed is very fast); static electricity The electric charge can cause the machine and the board to be damaged

safely. Taking the ground wire to discharge static electricity is the only method. Since the human body is a huge

static power source, when operating the ink head with power, make sure that both hands are discharged (contact a

grounded metal body or wear (Except static bracelet), otherwise the board and nozzle will be damaged easily.

1.3 Precautions for installation location and use environment

A. Please place the digital printer on a level, stable and larger plane than the printer. If the digital printer

is tilted or has a certain angle, the machine may not work properly

B. Leave enough space around the digital printer to ensure the normal ventilation of the printer.

C. Place the digital printer near the wall socket so that the plug can be easily inserted and removed.

D. Avoid using printers in places where temperature and humidity are prone to sudden changes. Protect the printer

from direct sunlight, strong light, or a heat source.

E. Use temperature of printer: 18-26 degrees Celsius; Humidity: 38% -65%. In order to make the machine operate in

the best condition, please install the air conditioner and the hygrometer in the room.

F. The machine must be kept away from strong interference radiation sources.

1.4 Ink placement and use precautions

A. Keep the ink bottle out of the reach of children. Do not let children drink ink or touch the ink cartridge.

B. If the ink sticks to the skin, rinse with soap and water. If ink gets in your eyes, rinse them immediately with

water.

C. Do not shake the ink bottle to avoid causing ink leakage.

D. After using the ink bottle for a period of time (usually two months), remove it immediately, thoroughly clean

it, and dry it. When replacing a new ink bottle, pay attention to cleaning to ensure print quality.

E. The ink should be stored in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

2.5 Instructions for use of heating and drying integrated fan

① Start operation:

First, make sure the power is plugged in, turn on the main power (air switch),

adjust [Auto / Manual] as needed, turn on [Left and Right Heating] and [Left

and Right Fans] as needed. The heating value is generally at least 45, and it

takes about 10 seconds to reach the set value. The user can increase or

decrease the heating temperature / wind speed as required. The horizontal

distance between the dryer and the screen is generally recommended to be 5- 15cm

② Display and key control instructions:

Temperature display: 0-99 value is a percentage of the displayed temperature instead of the actual temperature

Heating setting: [+] is the temperature increase, the value is increased by 5 for each click.

Heating setting: [-] is to decrease the temperature, and the value is reduced by 5 for each click. The setting works

for both left and right heating channels.

Heating switch: press once to turn on heating for the right channel, and the right channel indicator is on. Press

twice for the right and left channels to turn on the heating at the same time, and the right and left channel indicators

are on. Press again to turn off both the right and left channels, and the indicators are off.

Fan display: 0-99 value is a percentage of wind speed instead of actual wind speed

Fan speed: [+] means that the speed will increase. Each time you press it, the value will increase by 5.

Fan speed: [-] is to decrease the speed, and the value is reduced by 5 for each click. The setting works for both

left and right fan channels.

Fan switching: Click once to turn on the speed of the right channel, and the right channel indicator is on. Press

twice for the right and left channels to turn on the speed at the same time, and the right and left channel indicators

are on. Press again to turn off both the right and left channels, and the indicators are off.

Manual / automatic switching function:

[Manual] There is no need to control the dryer on or off by the printer.

[Auto] refers to the need for a signal cable to connect to the printer, to control the on or off of the dryer by

a signal from the printer

Precautions:

① At the beginning of use, for the photo machine that has just been loaded with material, the material can only

be opened and heated after the material is rolled into the take-up paper to avoid the fire accident caused by the

material entering the dryer.

② After printing, the dryer needs to be turned off to avoid drying the baking materials and reduce wear and tear.

③ When turning off the dryer, first adjust the temperature to 0 ℃, and then turn off the main switch of the dryer.
