Dear Shipowner/Operator:

The purpose of this Marine Advisory is to provide a list of P&I Clubs and Insurance Companies
accepted by this Administration for the issuance of financial securities.

List of accepted of approved P&I Clubs (members of IGP&I):

Insurance companies, financial security providers and P & I Clubs outside the International Group
which are not listed and wish to be approved by the Liberian Maritime Authority may apply by
sending a written request to vesselcertificates@liscr.com.
The financial securities that are cancelled due to name change, change of shipowner or operator,
gross tonnage, and other reasons must be reissued by one of the accepted clubs or insurance
companies listed in this advisory.
