Site Instruction No.2: Purchase of Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE’S) and Purchase of Stationery

You are hereby instructed to;

1. Provide Kenya Shillings Two Hundred and Seventy Three Thousand,

One Hundred and Eighty Only (Kshs 273,180.00) to the Project
Architect being facilitation for purchase of Personal Protective Equipment for
the Supervision and site team.

2. Provide Kenya Shillings Five Hundred and Sixty-Seven Thousand

Shillings Only (Kshs. 567,000) to the Project Architect being facilitation of
Office Equipment for the Project Manager’s Office.

Payment for the same will be made under Provisional Sums, Item 6.00.
