Commercial Field Enablement (CFE) is platform for field teams to collaborate, access business

teams. Field reps access the data for HCPs and HCOs through CFE for better collaboration with the

Project Description:
The REXIS Account Hierarchy Application provides a generic solution to generate Secondary Account
Hierarchies based on the user-defined configuration that can be maintained using a simple user
interface. A generic Processing Engine has been implemented using which Secondary Account
Hierarchies can be generated based on the defined configuration. The access to the application
requires the same Salesforce credentials and the processing can be done at any time using a single
click and an automatic job runs on the last day of the month to generate the Secondary Account
Hierarchies in REXIS Salesforce.

Project Description:
Interactive voice response (IVR) is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans
through the use of voice and DTMF tones input via keypad.In telecommunications, IVR allows
customers to interact with a company’s host system via a telephone keypad or by speech
recognition, after which they can service their own inquiries by following the IVR dialogue. IVR
systems can respond with prerecorded or dynamically generated audio to further direct users on
how to proceed. IVR applications can be used to control almost any function where the interface can
be broken down into a series of simple interactions. IVR systems deployed in the network are sized
to handle large call volumes.

Client Account services is electronic accounts support application system for Hong Kong Stock Brokers in
their daily transaction process. A Cash flow management solution between SCB clients and their
downstream customers, offering a set of key cash management feature to support Account
Management, Transaction Management, Liquidity Management and Information Management.
eCAS Applications deals with account management transaction management and liquidly management
and ecas reporting application deals with Information management. eCAS reporting application is new
end to end reporting solution for CAS. It is used for scheduling, generation and delivery of report to
external channels like MDIS, IDC and H2H.eCAS receive feeds from back offices and loads the data into
database, which includes feeds from CBS and IM and involves in scheduling and generation Pre-Canned
& Adhoc reports, there by deliver the reports to customers through various channels
