The Leadership Congress 2024 was held on June 6-7, 2024 with the theme
“ISPSC Leader’s Conclave: IGNITE (Invigorating Growth, Nurturing Indifferences,
Transformation and Empowerment) ISPSCians towards Impactful Leadership and
Professional Skillset in the 21st Advent” and was led by Mr. Chester Dave C. Abella,
the resource speaker, who emphasized the purpose leadership in school.
Leadership in school was designed to increase individual productivity by boosting
morale, promoting teamwork, developing problem-solving abilities, and building
harmonious relationships with different kinds of individuals.

Four groups of student leaders were created from various organizations. The
team building activity would not have been complete without a variety of hard
activities that highlighted the group's collaboration and cohesiveness. To win the
games, each side went above and beyond the call of duty. Through numerous team-
building tasks, each student group had the chance to learn from and alongside one
another, therefore improving peer bonds.

As each student arrived home safely at the end of the full-day event, it was
clear that the team-building activity was a very successful and rewarding experience.
The following school year’s team-building exercise was eagerly anticipated by
everyone.
