THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE is made and executed on this _____ day of Aug, 2017 at
Hyderabad – T.S. by and between:-
Hereinafter called the ‘SELLER’ which term shall mean and include all his heirs, legal
representatives, administrators, executors, assignees etc., of the ONE PART.
IN FAVOUR OF
Hereinafter called the ‘PURCHASER’ which term shall mean and include all his heirs,
legal representatives, administrators, executors, assignees etc., of the OTHER PART.
WHEREAS the SELLER is solve and absolute owner and peaceful possessor of the Flat
No. 101 bearing plot No. 36 , in First Floor of “KARUNASRI RESIDENCY”, with a
built up area of 950 Sft., (including Parking area) together with undivided share of land
admeasuring 25.00 Square yards, out of 300 Square yards, in entire Premises bearing Plot
No.36 in Survey No. 250, Situated at KAMMAGUDA, TURKAYAMJAL Village
Hayathnagar Rev. Grampanchayat Registed in the office of S.R.O.
VANASTHALIPURAM Telangana State.
WHEREAS the SELLER( LAND OWNER) hereby agreed and offered to sell Flat No.
101 bearing plot No. 36 , in First Floor of “KARUNASRI RESIDENCY”, with a built
up area of 950 Sft., (including Parking area) together with undivided share of land
admeasuring 25.00 Square yards, out of 300 Square yards, in entire Premises bearing Plot
No.36 in Survey No. 250, Situated at KAMMAGUDA, TURKAYAMJAL Village
Hayathnagar Rev. Grampanchayat Registed in the office of S.R.O.
VANASTHALIPURAM Telangana State.
2. The PURCHASER HAS PAID A SUM OF RS. 20,000 ( Rupees Twenty Thousand
Only) by cash as advance, the receipt of which sum the SELLER hereby acknowledges.
3. The balance payment of 215000 (Rupees Twenty One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) will be
paid by the PURCHASER to the SELLER at the execution of the absolute Sale Deed
and thus completing the Sale transaction
4. The parties herein covenant to complete the Sale transaction and to execute the Absolute
Saledeed by the end of Oct 2017
5. The SELLER confirms with the PURCHASER that he has not entered into any
agreement of sale, mortgage or exchange whatsoever with any other person relating to the
Schedule Property of this Ageement.
6. The SELLER hereby assures the PURCHASER and he has absolute power to convey
the same and there are no encumbrances, liens, charges, Government dues, attachments,
acquisition, or requisition, proceedings etc
7. The SELLER agrees to put the purchaser in absolute and vacant possession of the
schedule property and registering the same in the jurisdictional sub-Registrars office.
8. The SELLER convents with the purchaser that he shall no do any act, deed or thing
creating any charge, lien or encumbrance in respect of the schedule property during the
subsistence of this Agreement.

IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF the SELLER and the PURCHASER herein have signed
on this SALEDEED with their own free will and consent on this day, month and year
first aboved mentioned before the following:-
