MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

BETWEEN

SANJEEVANI HOSPITAL & BHARTIA MEDICARE SERVICES

This Memorandum of Understanding made at Nagpur on this 8th Day of April 2022
SANJEEVANI HOSPITAL, LAXMI NAGAR NAGPUR Incorporated under the companies’ act 1956 and
having its registration number 489 and its registered office at Nagpur herein referred to as SANJEEVANI
HOSPITAL (Which expression, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning there of, shall deem to
mean and its successors and assigns) of ONE PART

AND

BHARTIA MEDICARE SERVICES, Pili Nadi, Kamptee Road, Nagpur – 440026 And having its Registration
number: DRUG LIC NO: ND/34 DATED 26-09-2000 hereinafter referred to as Bhartia Medicare Services,
(Which expression, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and
include its successors and assigns) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS SANJEEVANI HOSPITAL has agreed to enter into an MOU with Bhartia Medicare Services is
desirous to outsource Air products like : Oxygen, Nitogen etc. on the agreed terms and conditions. Now
this agreement witnessed that:

Article 1: Effective Date

1.1 The Parties hereby agree that the Effective date of the Agreement shall be the date on which the
agreement is signed.

1.2 The agreement will be valid for a period of 3 years from the effective date of agreement.
Article 2 : Services

2.1 Bhartia Medicare Services shall provide Oxygen & Nitrogen toSanjeevani Hospital 24 X 7

2.2 Bhartia Medicare Services shall maintain highest standards of Quality for desired services.

2.3 Bhartia Medicare Services sshall abide all laws and regulations for concerned services.

2.4 All the products sent should be supervised and checked by experienced staff before dispatching.

2.5 Bhartia Medicare Services shall inform delaying or non availability of the product well before to the
hospital.

Article 3: Working & Payment terms

3.1 Bhartia Medicare Services shall be responsible for transportation of the product to the hospital.

3.2 Bhartia Medicare Services shall provide service to the Sanjeevani Hospital in rate decided by hospital
& Bhartia Medicare Services.

Article 4: Termination

4.1 Either party shall give the notice before 90 days for permanent discontinuation of the agreement. In
witness whereof, the parties to this MOU through their duly authorized representatives have executed
this MOU on the days and dates set out below, and certify that they have read, understood, and agreed
to the terms and conditions of this MOU as set forth herein.

The effective date of this MOU is the date of the signature last affixed to this page.
