Credit Card Payments

Please ensure you have the credit card used to pay for your Booking when you check-in, or a copy of the front of the
card and copy of the cardholders Iqama/ID. Our staff may ask for this as proof of payment. If you fail to provide the
card, or copies, you will not be accepted for travel and your Booking will be cancelled with no refund or compensation.
Check-in
Save time at the airport and check-in online now for your flight. Print your boarding pass or get it sent directly to
your smartphone and go straight to the boarding gate. You can also check in using flynas app.
Check-in counters open 3 hours prior to departure time and close 1 hour prior to departure time. If you arrive at our
check-in counters after they have closed you will not be accepted for travel and your Booking will be cancelled with no
refund, compensation or credit shell given. As a standby passenger, you will only be accepted for travel if there are
empty seats on the plane. After check-in, you must be present at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to
departure time. If you are late, you will not be permitted to travel, and your Booking will be cancelled with no refund,
compensation or credit shell given.
