Telecom, Media & Technology Consulting at Capgemini Invent India. With
over 20 years of experience in management consulting, business and
digital transformation, and telecom consulting, Sir leads a team dedicated
to delivering innovative digital solutions and strategies for clients in the
TMT sector.

Sir is committed to creating long-term, sustainable value for clients by

leveraging his expertise in new-age technologies and strategic frameworks.
He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed executive
programs in digital transformation and business strategy from Columbia
Business School, XLRI Jamshedpur, and an MBA in Telecom Management
from Symbiosis International University. Sir is also an active contributor to
thought leadership publications and industry forums.

It is my pleasure to introduce Mr.Shamsud Ahmed, the Global Head of

Central Config at BT. Leading a team of nearly 400 professionals across
multiple locations, Sir oversees the end-to-end configuration of BT's
products and services. With over 19 years of experience in operations
management, process management, client servicing, and team
management, Shamsud holds an MBA in Human Resources Management.
Sir is passionate about applying advanced technology, business process
engineering, and change management to drive business excellence. His
achievements include increasing the compliance rate from 72% to 94%,
reducing the error rate from 18% to 5%, and saving over £10 million in
annual costs. Known for his strong cross-cultural communication skills, Sir
excels in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, vendors, and teams.I Sir
is a painter and a published author with books like ‘ Bare Maximum’ , Save
like a honey bee in the self help genre and also non fiction like ‘Once upon
a thief’ which would soon be adopted into an Assamese movie. All books
are available on platforms like Amazon. If people like poetry he has
collaborated with many poets across the world to create the book ‘Rousing
Cadence.
