AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

1. I am the father of one of the respondents in this case,

2. That on April 30, 2023, when my son xxxx arrived home. I

noticed that his face is showing some pain. I ask him

3. That it took three days for my son to fully recovered from

the injury he sustained from xxxx

4. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and to support the claim of the

dismissed.
