In the order dated 13.12.2021, this court found it appropriate that the

Chief Secretary alone is necessary for the adjudication of this case. Therefore, it
was directed that he be impleaded as respondent no.1 in these proceedings.
It is presently submitted that there is a new Chief Secretary whose name
requires to be impleaded. It is submitted that Mrs. Veera Rana is the present
Chief Secretary of the State of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, we deem it just and
necessary to add the present Chief Secretary as respondent no.2.
Petitioners to carry out the amendment in the cause title during the course
of the day.

undertakes to appear on behalf of the original accused No.1 as well as newly
impleaded accused No.2.
