RESOLUTION NO. 2021-090

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BARANGAY TREASURER MARIA TRIBULETE THROUGH PUNONG

BARANGAY ELENA TITULAR TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF PHP46900 FROM THE PERSONNEL SERVICES
(PS) FOR THE SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY 8
POBLACION, TIGBAUAN, ILOILO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021.

WHEREAS, according to the Administrative Order (AO) No. 45 dated December 24, 2021
authorizes the grant of a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for FY 2021 at the uniform amount
not exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP 10,000) for each qualified government employee.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Treasurer of Tigbauan together with the Barangay Treasurer of
Barangay 8 were able to identify the total budget of Php46900 for the SRI of Barangay 8 Officials for FY
2021;

WHEREAS, each official will receive PhP4690 that will serve as a service incentive of the
barangay official for the FY 2021;

NOW, THEREFORE, after careful deliberations, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 8

Poblacion, Tigbauan, Iloilo on motion of Hon. Kagawad Ronel Mark Suarez, duly seconded by Hon.
Kagawad Rosario Gamuzaran, for the releasing of the Service Recognition Incentive of the Barangay
Officials, be approved.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorizing Barangay Treasurer Maria Tribulete through

Punong Barangay Elena Titular to release the amount of php46900 from the Personnel Services (PS) for
the Service Recognition Incentive of the Barangay Officials of Barangay 8 Poblacion, Tigbauan, Iloilo for
the Fiscal Year 2021.
