Gurudwara, Jaitu, Faridkot, Punjab, Pin- 151202, do hereby solemnly
affirm and declare as follows :-

1. That, I am the wife of Accoused No.1 and cousin of Accused No.2

and as such I have fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of
the instant case and I am competent to swear the affidavit .

2. That, there is no other bail application pending before any court as

well as before the Hon’ble High Court and no such petition has been
rejected by such superior courts except this petition. This is true.

3. That, the statements made in all paragraphs are true to the best
of my knowledge and belief .
