Location of the hazard The Righteous Bean coffee shop

Cause of the hazard Non-compliant single-use plastic bags are still being provided to customers
by some staff members.

biodegrade; instead, they disintegrate into smaller, more hazardous
petropolymers that contaminate soils and waterways over time.

Details of any immediate  Non-compliant single-use plastic bags removed from the area

“swap-and-go” schemes or disposable, paperboard-lined
cups.
