Problem

Text and logos in MOTF applications appear skewed and warped when the marking
head is not aligned to the substrate and/or parameters are incorrectly set. Correcting
these parameters using the customer logo or text can be difficult.

Solution

1. Download the compensation logo file and service instruction »AL-77539 Adjustment
MOTF« from the Alltec Service Pages.

• Logo: Service Pages -> Released Software -> Tools -> Compensation.ai

2. Follow the procedures in AL-77539 to adjust mechanical alignment.
