I propose a comprehensive and innovative business plan for a game shop that can be appropriately
conveyed in just 50 words. The foundation of our venture lies in creating an immersive and diverse
gaming experience, offering a wide range of cutting-edge video games, consoles, and accessories. With
a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized recommendations, we aim to cultivate a loyal
customer base through exceptional service. Moreover, we will foster community engagement by
organizing gaming tournaments and events within the store, providing enthusiasts with a platform to
connect and showcase their skills. Through strategic partnerships with leading game developers and
manufacturers, we pledge to consistently provide the latest releases while maintaining competitive
prices. By staying attuned to industry trends and continuously enhancing our product offerings, our
game shop will establish itself as the go-to destination for gamers seeking novel experiences,
extraordinary merchandise, and unparalleled expertise.
We would like to give insight on how the business will operate, doors will be open by 9:00am and close
by 6:00pm except there is a problem or we are having an agenda that will benefit the shop. The
charges per game on PS5 will be $200(LD) and on the PS4 will be $150(LD),so we will gain
approximately $5,000 daily, which will be divided into two and half will be use towards the
management and promotion of the business.
