Retest Policy Class XI (2024-25)

Dear Parent
We trust this message finds you well. We would like to update you on the examination retest policy for
class XI.
It is compulsory for every student to participate in all exams. However, if a student is unable to sit for
any exam due to medical reasons, they must adhere to the following procedure:
A) Submit a leave application on or before the exam date.
B) Provide a medical certificate within five days. Failure to do so will result in the case not being
considered for retest.
Please note that both documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Failure to comply
will result in the student not being eligible for a retest, and zero marks will be awarded.

Please note that it is mandatory for every student to appear in the Annual examination. Minimum of
33 percent is required in each subject (separately in theory and practical) to be eligible for
promotion to the next class. The school will not bear any responsibility and no relaxation will be
given to a student who fails to secure the minimum 33 percent marks in any subject(s) due to being
awarded zero for non-appearance in any exam.
We are confident that this policy promotes fairness and grants students the chance to showcase
their comprehension of the curriculum, even if they missed a portion of the examination due to
unforeseen circumstances.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
Best Regards.
