Motivated by growing opportunities in data centric environment all over the world, this study aims to solve

educational problems through data. In tertiary level education, sometimes students’ performance gets obstructed
by various factor surrounding them. In Bangladesh, the amount of factors effect to tertiary level education are
enormous. To overcome from this situation, this study collects students’ academic and personal data to observe
the factors and scale those factors effecting students under graduation performance. This study found several
factors making obstacle to produce future IT professional in the early stage of graduation in Bangladesh. So that,
teacher and decision maker of Universities can make decision to improve the performance of students and also
students can measure their performance. According to that, students will be able to identify the highly impacted
factors behind their poor performance and improve themselves to became future IT professional. The future study
of this work is to implement a system in university where data would be inputted in beginning of every semester.
The system will notify its user to focus on the factors effecting performance to became future IT professional and
monitor the improvement of students in every semester fashion. Our best model will be deployed in system. It
will learn from new instances added to it and move ahead for incremental learning.
