TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHANNEL TRADE SCHEMES: • Scheme period 1st March 2024 to 30th April 2024 (Inclusive of both days). • Criteria for Scheme: Scheme is subject to target achievement. • In the event of any default in payment for the product purchased from any authorized distributors, you shall be automatically disqualified from participating in the scheme and all the points earned
by you shall lapse. • The list or tracker of customers who are eligible for redemption of scheme shall be subject to an audit by an independent external auditor which shall ensure transparency and fairness. • This scheme is applicable only for AkzoNobel India Limited registered dealers who are residents of India and are above 18 years of age. • AkzoNobel India Limited retains the exclusive right
to change the scheme including the mechanics/ rules at any stage during the validity of the Scheme without any notices to you. AkzoNobel also reserve the rights to add or remove the products and prize. Gifts and offer under the scheme are subject to availability. In case of any ambiguity, AkzoNobel decision will be final and binding. • In the event of non- availability, AkzoNobel endeavors to provide
alternate equivalent prize Gifts/trips. and offers. • The choice of gift and offers, including location and stay, shall be at the sole discretion of AkzoNobel India Limited. • The Gifts including QC in no circumstances can be converted/ exchanged for cash or transferable to another person or exchanged. • All TDS (and other applicable taxes) related expenses need to be borne by the Dealer. • The gifts
and/ or offers made available under the scheme may be governed as per their respective Company warranty terms and AkzoNobel shall not be held liable for any performance of the product. • The Company shall not be responsible for non-availability of the product due to any reason whatsoever. The scheme shall be subject to availability of products. AkzoNobel shall however endeavor to give
comparable product or it’s value. • The photograph of model or gifts is only indicative and may vary from actual gift or offer disbursed. • Due to any unavoidable circumstances, force majeure or other similar events, scheme settlement will happen through credit note as per AkzoNobel discretion. • Any Travel for any trip Mentioned will be as per Akzo policy, Non-Travel Credit note option will be
there as communicated. • Only Dealer/Partner/blood relation is allowed to travel. • Tickets are not transferable. • All TDS related expenses need to be borne by the dealer. • Scheme is from AkzoNobel India Limited, and all disputes are to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
