important to ask for guidance in our divine grace. So, may I
request everyone to rise and feel the presence of our Almighty
God as we offer Him a doxology to be led by the Matalava West
Angels.

KATE: We shall remain standing as we pay tribute to our heroes

by singing the Philippine National Anthem.

KATE: Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and beloved
youth of our community, welcome to a vibrant and electrifying

Kabataan Night 2024! Tonight, we gather not only to celebrate
the youthful spirit but also to showcase the remarkable talents
and aspirations of our young generation.

ANGIELYN: In the heart of every community lies the vitality of

its youth, and tonight, we shine a spotlight on their creativity,
their dreams, and their relentless pursuit of excellence. As we
embark on this journey of discovery and inspiration, let us
embrace the diversity of talent and the richness of culture that
our youth bring to the forefront.

ANGIELYN: Throughout the evening, you will witness awe-

inspiring performances, witness the transformative power of
passion and determination. From music to dance, to sports our
young performers will take you on a journey that transcends
boundaries and unites us all in the universal language of art and
expression.

KATE: But before we dive into the captivating performances

that await us, let us take a moment to appreciate the dedication
and hard work of all those who have made this event possible.
From the officers of the hermanidad led by Mr. Anthony
Somintac, Hermanidad President and Mr. Roel C. Sison,
Hermanidad Vice President, to the officers of oysters and
oysterette led by their president, Ms. Jamicah M. Sison to the
organizers to the volunteers, the advisers to the parents, your
unwavering support has laid the foundation for tonight's
celebration of youth and creativity.

introduction of our esteemed board of judges. At this moment, I
would like to extend a warm invitation to Allyson Mae. M.
Calamiong to join us on stage. She will be enlightening us with
the criteria for judging this evening's competition, ensuring

KATE: With the conclusion of the singing contest for kids, we

now shift our focus to the teen category. Get ready for another
round of impressive performances and talented voices. Let's
continue the excitement as we move forward with the teenage
singing contest!

ANGIELYN: Introduction to Merian

KATE: That was such a lovely voice. Malamig na ang gabi

ngunit mas pinalamig pa ni Ms. Merian dahil sa napakalamig
nitong boses. Now moving on with our next contestant. A 22-
year-old student from Phinma University of Pangasinan taking
up Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. Music has
been a part of her life since she was a child. She was influenced
by her mother’s love for singing. Today, she is now ready to
conquer the stage to share her journey and her passion for music
to all of us. Let us put our hands together for Ms. Allyana
Marielle Calamiong.
ANGIELYN: Tunay nga ang sabi nilang "A mother's love sings
melodies of comfort and support, echoing in the heart of her
child." Dahil sa kanyang boses nabibigyan tayo ng comfort sa
ating mga puso. With that, let us now move on to the next
contestant. Our next contestant is a second-year student taking
up Bachelor in Industrial Technology major in Garments Fashion
and Design at Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus.
She discovered her talent at singing when she was in grade five
because she loves singing at videokes. Ngayon, wala nang
mangaagaw ng mikropono, the stage is all yours, Ms. Vaniesa
Torrecampo. Let us give her a round of applause.
