Position Title Drafter

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Drafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and
equipment requirements, and setting up production methods to provide architectural drawings in
CAD software.

If you have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and are familiar
with building processes, it is advantageous.

The role is to maintain the production team's day-to-day activities within the specified customer
team. A deep understanding of customers' products and learning the International Building code
is essential for success.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TYPICAL ACTIVITIES

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and smart;

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings;
• Have knowledge and skill to provide drawings with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.);
• Ability to visualize structures and shapes based on construction plans and specifications
details;
• Demonstrate good attention to detail;
• Ensure final drawing comply with customer/team scope of work;
• Liaise with team and customer to gather product and structural requirements and
provide the working/shop drawing;
• We communicate in the English language with our customers. You must be able to read
and write in English – in particular, to be able to read technical drawings in English;
• Spoken English fluently is beneficial.

MÔ TẢ NHIỆM VỤ

Trách nhiệm của hoạ viên bao gồm thu thập các thông tin về bản vẽ và thông số kỹ thuật, tính
toán các yêu cầu về vật liệu và thiết bị cũng như thiết lập phương pháp để thể hiện các bản vẽ
kiến trúc trong phần mềm diễn hoạ (CAD).

Nếu bạn có kinh nghiệm thực hành với phần mềm thiết kế/diễn hoạ trên máy tính (CAD) và quen
thuộc với các quy trình thiết kế xây dựng thì đó là một lợi thế.

Mục tiêu chủ yếu là duy trì các hoạt động hàng ngày của bộ phận sản xuất theo từng nhóm khách
hàng được chỉ định. Hiểu biết sâu sắc về sản phẩm của khách hàng và tiếp thu kiến thức về các
tiêu chuẩn xây dựng quốc tế là điều hết sức cần thiết cho thành công trong công việc của bạn.

TRÁCH NHIỆM VAI TRÒ VÀ CÁC HOẠT ĐỘNG CHỦ YẾU

• Năng động, nhiệt tình và thông minh;

• Có khả năng đọc và diễn giải các bản vẽ kiến trúc và kết cấu;
• Có kiến thức và kỹ năng cung cấp bản vẽ bằng phần mềm Diễn hoạ, Thiết kế trên máy
tính (CAD) (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, v.v.);
• Khả năng hình dung hình dáng và kết cấu công trình dựa trên bản vẽ thiết kế và chi tiết
kỹ thuật;
• Thể hiện sự cẩn thận, chú ý đến chi tiết;
• Đảm bảo bản vẽ hoàn thiện tuân thủ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng/nhóm;
• Giao tiếp với thành viên trong nhóm và khách hàng để thu thập các thông tin về công
trình và kết cầu nhằm mục đích thể hiện bản vẽ thiết kế, thi công với chất lượng tốt
nhất;
• Công việc yêu cầu giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh với khách hàng. Bởi vậy bạn cần có khả
năng đọc và viết bằng tiếng Anh – đặc biệt là có thể đọc các bản vẽ kỹ thuật bằng tiếng
Anh;
• Nói tiếng Anh trôi chảy là một lợi thế.
