Initiation Teacher Guidelines
The Reiki Grand Master 21st & 22nd Degree Initiations were originally
channelled on the 25th day of August 2020 and re-channelled on the 7th
day of April 2022
There are 2 Attunements for the 21st and 22nd Degree Grand Master
Initiations which must be sent separately with a gap of 2-3 days between
each level
The purchase of The Reiki Grand Master 21st and 22nd Degree
Initiations forms a contract between you and The Academy of
LivingReiki Therapies. By purchasing this attunement you agree to the
terms and conditions below.
The Reiki Grand Master's 21st and 22nd Degree Initiations have a set
fee of £20.00 or the equivalent in your currency. I kindly ask that you
honour this guideline when offering this system to others.
The Reiki Grand Master's 21st and 22nd Degree Initiations are not to be
given away as part of any attunement exchange/package/trade deal/
buy 1 get 1 free special, listed on eBay or taught for less than the
recommended fee unless written consent is first given by the founder Mr
Jay Burrell. Permission is granted at the founder’s discretion.
Before passing on this attunement, you must make sure your student
has read through the manual properly and have asked any question that
they may have. This is to make sure your student is energetically
prepared to receive their Distant Attunement. After the attunement has
been passed you will be required to wait a further 7 days before you can
pass on the energies to others. This means that you cannot pass this
attunement on, advertise the system on a website or email the manual
to anyone during this time.

Introduction
These symbols are not physically new. They are part of a set of symbols
that move beyond traditional Reiki and work to enhance your healing
practice with a focus on the Heart, Higher Heart and Throat Chakras by
enhancing your practice with a focus on the heart, and soul and
emotional connection with the celestial hierarchy and galactic
consciousness. These two amazing symbols came into my life several
years ago and have given me new methods that I can use to channel
Reiki to myself and my clients. They also work very well when combined
with the vibrations of Angel LightCode Healing Reiki which was
channelled at the same time as this new empowerment. These two
symbols are sometimes taught by teachers who have included them in
the 2nd degree of Usui Reiki BUT to my knowledge, they were not given
by Dr Usui when he rediscovered the healing art form of Reiki. Besides
the traditional symbols that you will have already been attuned to
through your existing Reiki training and the symbols within Reiki Grand
Master 5-20, I wanted to bring these forth so you can discover for
yourself how these two symbols can help you to channel a much higher
vibrational frequency as well as reaching new levels of conscious
awareness.
These two new symbols are:
Shika Sei Ki - {Heart Chakra Alignment - Heart and Higher Heart}
Shika So - {Throat Chakra Healing & Divine Communication}
The two symbols work perfectly together. One has the role of working
with the Heart Chakra and also the Higher Heart while the 2nd works to
clear and align the Throat Chakra. When combined, they create and
maintain a harmonious relationship with your inner self, higher self and
the consciousness of everyone around you. So let’s explore these 2
symbols and learn what they can do for you. You will also discover how
they can help you from a physical and spiritual standpoint.

Symbol 1 - Shika Sei Ki - The Love of the
Heart and Higher Heart
Shika Sei Ki is a symbol that for some
reason some teachers will include in the
Usui Reiki 2nd Degree teaching. This is a
symbol that Mikao Usui never brought
forth when he rediscovered the Reiki
energies and it is the reason why I am
bringing it forth via the Grand Master
degrees. Shika Sei Ki is a symbol that
connects and aligns the energies of the
physical Heart and Heart Chakra. Due to
its connection with the physical Heart, it
can be used for any heart-based healing
including diseases or blockages within the
heart. It is also beneficial for those who
suffer from stress or anxiety that affects
the heart, bringing symptoms of
palpitations or heart strain. A new area of
work that I have discovered when working with the symbol is that it can
be used to relieve anger-related issues. It eliminates all forms of
negative energy from the heart so it can embrace and expand with the
vibrations of unconditional love.

Using the symbol, you will connect with your client in a way that you
have always used. You can use any symbol that you have already been
attuned to including Hon She Ze She Nen and Sei Hei Ki. These will
bring healing vibrations to remove emotional blockages within the auric
field, allowing you better access to the heart centre. You will then use
your intention to connect with the Heart Chakra. As your hands are
placed over or onto the Heart Chakra {centre of chest}, draw in your
mind or physically in the air over the heart the Shika Sei Ki symbol then
continues to channel Reiki into the Heart. This will heal trauma and any
fear-based energies that have built up within the spiritual body. When
you feel the healing has come to an end, close the session using Cho
Ku Rei, Sei Hei Ki and Hon She Ze She Nen.

Symbol 2 - Shika So - Throat Chakra
Alignment and Spiritual Communication
Welcome to the Shika So symbol. Shika
So is a symbol that we use to help clear,
align and balance the Throat Chakra.
This is an amazing symbol to use if you
suffer from anxiety when speaking in
public or if you regularly experience the
“lump in your throat” sensation during
emotional times. Shika So can also be
used if you have any illness or disorder of
the Thyroid. Important Note: Please
always make sure you seek medical help
if you have any problems with your throat
and/or thyroid. Personal use of this
symbol has seen me using it to help with
my channelling work. Not only have the
messages that I bring forth become
clearer and more aligned with the recipient but it has also helped me to
speak my mind and to stand in my power which is something that we
could all benefit from.

You can use this system on its own or you can combine its use with that
of the Shika Sei Ki plus any other symbol that you have been attuned to.
To use this symbol in a healing session, simply place your hands on or
over the throat area then visualise or draw the symbol over the throat
before channelling Reiki into the energy centre for as long as you are
guided. When you feel the energies starting to subside, you can end the
session by using Cho Ku Rei and Sei Hei Ki. If using the 2 symbols
together, I have found that ethically drawing them over each palm and
then channelling Reiki through the palm chakras, will bring forth
powerful healing energy that works with both clearing the Throat and
aligning the Heart.

Working with Reiki Grand Master 21st and
22nd Degree Symbols
In the same way that all other Grand Master symbols are accessed and
used, you can use them in 1 of 2 ways. First, you can access the
energies via intention within a healing setting. The second method is to
use them during meditation. Either way, you must mentally state your
intention and then either visualise or ethically draw the symbol over your
palm chakras and/or 3rd eye chakra. Mentally intone the name of the
symbol 3 times after its activation. Play with the energies and use them
in ways that you are guided. Always remember that there is no right or
wrong way to access and use these energies. You must follow your
intuition and allow the symbols to guide you.

Initiation Attunement Procedure
I want to keep the process of passing these attunements as simple as I
can so it is for this reason that it is sent to your student using the
Intention Method. The Intention Method is still something that not many
teachers or students are 100% comfortable with, but I can promise you
that if it didn’t work, I wouldn’t recommend that this or any attunement
be sent this way. All you need is your intention for the energies to be
sent and the intention from your student for the energies to be accepted.
The universe will do the rest. To send this attunement you will be
sending it by intention and a little visualisation. If you find visualisation
difficult, this is not a problem. As long as the intention is there, the
attunement will work. Please feel free to use any existing intention
method to pass on this attunement but if you would like to use the
attunement procedure that I use please read the following.
{STUDENTS NAME} I NOW INTEND THAT YOU WILL BE ATTUNED
TO THE ENERGIES OF THE REIKI GRAND MASTER {STATE LEVEL
AND DEGREE}. I INTEND THAT ON THIS {DAY, DATE} THAT YOU
WILL RECEIVE THE STRONGEST ENERGIES THAT YOU CAN
POSSIBLY HANDLE. I ALSO ASK THAT AS THIS ATTUNEMENT IS
SENT THAT ALL OF OUR GUIDES, THE ANGELS AND ALL BEINGS
OF LIGHT WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ATTUNEMENT WILL
PLEASE COME FORWARD AND STAND WITH {STUDENTS NAME}
TO OVER-LIGHT THEM FOR THIS SACRED INITIATION. I ALSO ASK
THAT A DIVINE UNIVERSAL ORB OF LIGHT WILL DESCEND UPON
{STUDENTS NAME} TO OVER-LIGHT THEM AND PROTECT THEM
DURING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SACRED INITIATION
{STUDENTS NAME} AS YOU OPEN YOURSELF TO ACCEPT THESE
ENERGIES I ASK THAT THE DIVINE UNIVERSAL ORB OF LIGHT
WILL OVER-LIGHT YOU AND PROTECT YOU SO ONLY THE
PUREST, HIGHEST AND STRONGEST VIBRATIONAL ENERGIES
WILL ENTER. I NOW INTEND THAT THE ENERGETIC
FREQUENCIES OF THE CELESTIAL ROSE WILL GREATLY BLESS
THEM ON THEIR SPIRITUAL PATH AS WELL AS AID THEM WITH ALL
THE HEALINGS THAT THEY GIVE TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS.

The attunement will automatically start and will stop when the time is
right. Please note that the time for any attunement to be accepted will
differ from person to person. Some will accept energies very quickly and
their attunement will be over in a matter of minutes, while for others it
can last for hours or days. Please just accept whatever happens, for it
will be unique for you. There is never any right or wrong way to work
with energy.
The attunement can also be sent to someone using the chi ball (call-in)
method, and this is in all honesty my preferred method for this
attunement to be sent. To use this method of sending the attunement is
just as effective and all you need to do is simply imagine an etheric ball
or capsule in front of you, then follow the above attunement procedure
by placing all the information into this etheric ball. When you sense that
the ball of light is full, you can imagine it drifting off into the ethers where
it will wait until your student intends to accept the chi ball, which will then
appear within the specified chakra where it will infuse its energies
directly into it.

Accepting the Reiki Grand Master 21st and
22nd Degree Initiations
To receive this attunement all you need to do is settle yourself either by
sitting upright in a comfortable chair or by lying down in bed. Take
around 5 deep breaths in, each for a count of 4, and then slowly exhale.
On each exhalation imagine all negativity flowing out of you in a grey
mist. After you have centred yourself or when you feel centred, please
say the following or something similar:
“I ACCEPT THE ATTUNEMENT TO THE ENERGIES OF REIKI GRAND
MASTER {STATE LEVEL AND DEGREE} WHICH ARE BEING SENT
TO ME BY {TEACHER NAME}. I ASK THAT THESE ENERGIES WILL
FLOW THROUGH ME WITH THE STRONGEST VIBRATIONAL
FREQUENCIES THAT I CAN HANDLE AND I ALSO ASK FOR THE
UNIVERSAL ORB OF LIGHT WHICH HAS BEEN CREATED FOR ME
BY {TEACHERS NAME} TO SURROUND ME SO THAT I WILL BE
PROTECTED AND BLESSED BY THE ENERGIES THAT I AM
RECEIVING.
The energies of this system will automatically begin to flow and will
usually last for around 20 – 30 minutes. When you feel that the flow of
energies has come to an end, reground yourself and thank your guides,
archangels, guardian angels and all beings of light. As you accept this
attunement you might occasionally feel a tingling or electric sensation
within the palm chakras and heart chakra. When I have accessed the
frequencies of this energy I will also at times experience heart
palpitations but please do not worry if this happens when you are
accepting the attunement. It is a physical manifestation of the energies
correcting any defects and energetic blockages within the heart chakra
area.
Always accept whatever is given to you during your attunement. There is
no right or wrong way to receive this connection.
