Properties of parallelograms, rhombus, and trapeziums (trapezoids):

**Parallelogram:**

1. **Opposite Sides:** Opposite sides are equal in length.

2. **Opposite Angles:** Opposite angles are equal.
3. **Consecutive Angles:** Consecutive angles are supplementary (add up to 180 degrees).
4. **Diagonals:** Diagonals bisect each other.
5. **Diagonals Bisect Angles:** Diagonals bisect the angles at the vertex they meet.

**Rhombus:**
1. **All Sides Equal:** All sides are of equal length.
2. **Opposite Angles Equal:** Opposite angles are equal.
3. **Diagonals Bisect Angles:** Diagonals bisect the angles at the vertex they meet.
4. **Diagonals Perpendicular:** Diagonals are perpendicular to each other.
5. **Diagonals Bisect Each Other:** Diagonals bisect each other at right angles.

**Trapezium (Trapezoid):**
1. **One Pair of Parallel Sides:** Trapeziums have one pair of opposite sides that are parallel.
2. **Base Angles:** The angles formed by one non-parallel side and each of the parallel sides are
called base angles.
3. **Sum of Interior Angles:** The sum of interior angles is 360 degrees.
4. **Midsegment:** The midsegment (average of the bases) is parallel to and half the sum of the
lengths of the bases.

These properties highlight the defining characteristics of each geometric figure.
