With reference to your letters dated Oct 08 and Oct 14, I, Sarvesh
Kumar Tiwari, deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused from my end.
It takes me immense pain to inform you that I, along with my whole
family am suffering from Dengue, which has also been the major cause of my delayed
response.
As mentioned, in the letters provided (on above mentioned date), I
would like to inform you that my leaving the organisation on Sept 24, is in
knowledge of my seniors. I wanted my full and final settlement just then, but I was
informed by my TL as well as AM that I was serving from 0 to 30 where there was no
clause for Full and Final settlement.
Please be informed that on the name of official property, I only
have the I card, which I will hand over to the office on upcoming monday and will
try once again for my Full and Final Settlement of my account with the company.
