Essuie-vitres, Lave-vitres – 08-30-00-01

L’alimentation des essuie-vitres, lave-vitres comprend deux

circuits indépendants par cabine :
• Un circuit pneumatique
• Un circuit liquide de lavage

L’air comprimé venant de la CP est utilisé par le module de

commande pneumatique monté sur le pupitre pour
commander les deux circuits par l’intermédiaire de
distributeurs manuels :
• « vert » pour le lave-vitres
• « rouge » pour l’essuie-vitres

L’essuie-vitres peut être actionné manuellement par une

tige de commande amovible.

Essuie-vitre
 En soulevant légèrement le balai, manœuvrer à la main le bras d’un bout à l’autre de l’angle de balayage. Le balai ne
doit jamais toucher le joint de vitre.

 Vérifier que le ressort d’application du balai sur la vitre n’est pas hors service ou détendu.

 Vérifier l’usure de la lèvre frottante du caoutchouc du balai.

 Vérifier que la lame caoutchouc n’est ni fendue ni endommagée.

 Le balai doit pouvoir osciller sans contrainte sur son axe à l’intérieur de l’étrier de maintien.

 Vérifier le bon état des rampes d’arrosage, des tuyaux d’alimentation, des raccords et des colliers.

 Déboucher, à l’aide d’un fil de Ø 1 mm les gicleurs d’arrosage fixes ou orientables, en cas d’obstruction.

 Vérifier la bonne orientation des gicleurs orientables.
