This Notification of Cancellation of Procurement Activity No. PK-LG& CD-374246-CW-

RFB, Titled: Procurement of Civil Works, North, Tehsil Noorpur Thal (Villages:
Rangpur Baghor), is in reference to the Request for Bids Notice published in the
leading national dailies as well as at the website of the Company thereby inviting bids
for the activity and package named hereinabove, dated Oct 23, 2023, besides, the
disclosure of the bids evaluation results by issuing the Notification of Intention to Award
dated March 25, 2024, to all the participating contractors (bidders) and uploading of
the same on Company’s website.

Pursuant to Clause 40 viz. Employer’s Right to Accept Any Bid, and to Reject Any or
All Bids, of Section I viz. Instructions to Bidders (ITB) of the Procurement [Request for
Bids (RFB)] Document interalia Section 5.61 related to Rejection of Bids/Proposals of
World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, the bidding process is being
quashed henceforth, without any liability towards any participating contractor (bidder).
Fresh bids shall be invited against respective Procurement Activity in due course of
time.

The Contractors (bidders), can collect their Bid Securities’ instruments, from the
following focal person during the office working hours 0900 to 1700 hours, Monday to
Friday, upon publication of this Annulment Notice:
