REQUIREMEMENT OF OFFICE BUILDING

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (RMSC) requires suitable building for establishment
of its Head office in Lahore on rental basis. Interested owners of the suitable properties are
requested to provide the details of the property along with the quotation of the monthly rent
inclusive of taxes till 15th October 2022 at the office address given below.

Necessary directions with reference to property:

• 6000-6500 square feet space for office building is required.

• Office building should be located in the central area of Lahore. Preferably in Model Town,
Gulberg or Garden Town.
• Building must have power back-up facility.
• Building should have in built CCTV Camera facility.
• Building should have proper security arrangement.
• Availability of 10-12 Parking Space for vehicles and 20-25 parking space for motor bikes.
• The building should have functional electricity, water and sanitation systems.
