Study explored about challenges faced and strategies adopted by
600 government senior secondary school teachers and 40 principals from Yamuna Nagar and Panchkula in effective implementation of RMSA scheme. Major findings revealed that Abstract (Maximum there is a great demand for professional training of principals and characters: 2048) teachers, local community involvement, technical and special training, basic needs for disable, subject expert, G & C cell. This study would be useful for policy makers and administrators and suggest them the need to come up with policies to enhance the level of commitment of teachers and principals.
