The Fourth Parents-Teacher Conference began at 8:30 AM at Pandacaqui Resettlement
Elementary School's Multi-Purpose Covered Court, led by Teacher Jobelle G. David and
Madam Evangelina S. Camiling.
Focused on the upcoming graduation ceremony on May 30, 2024, key points included
contributions for sablay rental, stage decoration, and snacks, totaling ₱110 per pupil. Dress
code guidelines were discussed for uniformity.
Attendance policy: one parent per graduate. Optional services like photography packages were
offered voluntarily. Report cards with 3rd quarter grades were distributed.
The meeting concluded at 10:00 AM, ensuring parents were well-prepared for the graduation

Objectives:

Narrative Report:
The Fourth Parents-Teacher Conference took place at the Multi-Purpose Covered
Court of Pandacaqui Resettlement Elementary School on April 12, 2024. The meeting was
facilitated by Teacher Jobelle G. David, the Grade Six Grade Leader, with support from
Madam Evangelina S. Camiling, the School Head.
The agenda primarily focused on graduation matters, including the date, venue, and
logistical details of the ceremony. Contributions for sablay rental, stage decoration, and
snacks for graduates were agreed upon during the meeting. Additionally, attire requirements
for both female and male graduates were discussed to ensure a uniform and dignified
appearance during the event.
Parents were also informed about the optional services available for graduation, such
as professional photography packages and additional framing options for commemorative
pictures.
Following the discussion on graduation matters, report cards containing students' 3rd
quarter grades were distributed to parents, providing them with an opportunity to review their
