 Instructors’ communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and
facilitating student understanding
 Teaching method of instructor for flight training student are satisfied?
 During flight lesson instructors closely monitoring student’s performance, providing
guidance and correction as needed?
 Instructors conduct pre flight briefing to discuss the flight plan?
 Instructor provide good quality of teaching like aerodynamics, weather?
 the instructor give safety instructions while conducting ground operation?
Section 3: Facility/Environment

 Flight instructors monitoring weather conditions that could impact students undergoing
flight training in the Subic area
 The environment of Subic is good condition for flying practices
 The facilities of Subic place, to ensure a safety training environment for ground training



 Aircraft condition ensure is well maintained?

 For safety Aircraft should be equipped with safety features like life vest.?
 Maintenance record review to ensure the aircraft has been regularly serviced and is in
compliance with safety regulation?

 Aircraft materials continue to function well.

 Checkrides for student assessments can be challenging task as they involve coordination with
aviation authorities

that fit their availability can be complex?
