Includes keeping a steady beat, fluency, meter, tempo, accurately playing notated rhythms,
and counting

-Very Good! Now we are trying 16th notes scale exercise.

MUSIC READING
Includes note reading, sight -reading, accuracy and fluency

-Still to improve! Sometimes she figured out without the finger guide

THEORY
Included completing written assignment adequately and on time, analyzing a piece for its
form/ style, identifying a key, identifying chords. Scales/ arpeggios in music and knowing
various music terminologies

-Improving! Very Good in scales with different value of notes.

TECHNIQUE
Includes freedom at the violin, body posture, proper use of hand and fingers, various touches
(staccato, legato, accents, etc.) balance between hands and fingering.

-Working out more to her right hand in putting the right pressure to get more stable sound.

MUSICALITY AND ARTISTRY

Includes shaping phrases, playing expressively, interpreting the music, understanding the
composer’s intentions, and playing attention to all details on the page.

-Very Good! She play with dynamics or different color.

WHAT WE WILL BE WORKING ON THE COMING LESSONS

-Focusing more for notes reading, stable, solid sound and new scale and practicing 3 rd position.
