1 C&F delaying sending the shipping bill.

C&F pays some costs like Mixed loading, CTN Sorting charge,
2 Godown charge & import-related other charges. Need to find out the
root cause and minimize the problem.
3 Forwarder complained C&F does not present at Depot on time.
4 Forwarder complained delay in submission of customs docs by C&F.

Most of the import documents sending advance before vessel arrival
